There's a few things that go into making a great pie. Great steak obviously, but black pudding runs it a very close second. We only use locally reared Heritage breed chuck steak slow cooked with locally sourced black pudding, plus just the right amount of beef stock and fresh herbs. All encased in light and crispy pastry. This is a luxurious and flavourful pie that makes a great flavoursome alternative to other pies.
