Because we buy direct, rather than through wholesalers, we know exactly where the meat has come from and exactly how it has been reared and managed. It also means we are  able to offer a range of outstanding quality and value native breed beef boxes prepared to the highest standard by our expert in-house master butcher, Andrew Carrington.

This mouth-watering beef is all grass-fed from named native breeds and is dry aged for a minimum 28 days to provide even more flavour and tenderness.
